Live once and for all.

  Why hide a sad face,
With a happy cheerful mask?
Be really happy!

Why fake a false smile,
When you can roar a loud laugh?
Why be sad at all?

Why die thousand times 
Weeping, feeling low inside?
Live once and for all!



We are always masking our original feelings by fake ones to show. Why not make the good mask our real face and discard all the bad masks once and for all ? Why not forever be happy and live life for all we know! Cheers to happiness!
This Haiku is written for Haiku Heights. The prompt for this week is 'MASK'.

    Its not always possible to show a happy face..sometimes a mask is a must need..!!

      It's true.. but i sometimes think we complicate things by masking everything we think we can't handle.. keeping it simple might work! :)

    inspiring and insightful as always.. and i like what you said in the first comment. that's true.

    but is it really possible, to be really happy when things around are not helping one bit.well, one can only try and see.

      I think it's all a state of mind... It's not possible to be always happy.. but i think instead of always being sad n wearing a happy mask it's good if it was the other way round.. It's nice to be unmasked for most of our life and masked only for some time! Don't u think?
